Photoshop "Exit Code: 117"

Hi everyone,

After 1 whole year of searching for answers, I finally got creative cloud working and I am over the moon about it, but when i tried to download Photoshope and Adobe Premiere, download error.... it shows this error

Exit Code: 117

What does this mean?  how can i fix it?

I just contacted the support about this issue, he couldn't fix it but the problem turns out an internet service provider issue, I couldn't do anything about it. But the only solution for now is using anıther internet spot. Like if you are trying at home, try at work or try downloading it from mobile hotspot.

Although, this problem seems to be solved, however some "add-on" experience from me....

1) The hint with another internet access point, perhaps with another computer, helped me to.

2) Another hint, I read in the community, was: If your are connected with your pc to a domain-based network-environment (server-domain), try to change to a local user (as possible, with admin-rights and internet-connection) at this computer and run the Creative Cloud software. This was another way, that helped me!

Before, I tried many times to get the Creative Cloud software started in a domain-environment... and failed each time (although proxy was disabled and no special firewall-config was activated).

I'm from São Paulo Brazil, I have the same problem, the ISP, looks to be bad guy, at least 50%...

The download fails, error 117 with these:

Phoshop, illustrator, premier, After, Muse, Bridge, Media Encoder, Audition and Fuse

These came fine:

Indesign, Acrobat DC,  Experience, Animate CC, Dreamweaver,  InCopy, Prelude, Speed Grade, Flash Builder, Scout, Gaming SDK 1.4, Extension Manager CC, Extendscript Toolkit CC and Touch App Plugin

And with you guys?

Dandalo if you are facing download errors then see Error downloading or updating Creative Cloud apps for details on how to resolve most errors.

If you continue to face failures then you can download the most recent updates directly at Download Creative Cloud apps​.

The fact that this is still unanswered bothers me lol Ive been trying to download this for business reasons and it is holding me back. Please someone find us answers!!
