Hey there,
Am having a fustrating time right now with creative cloud.
You see I had to uninstall Photoshop because of a bug that didn't let me do anything as it kept giving me a error that said "Program failed" so I uninstalled Photoshop and when reinstalled it ,but it never gets pasted 74%.
I even reinstalled creative cloud and still nothing!
Is there a way to fix this or just install Photoshop directly?

It may be that corrupted program remnants are interfering with the new installation. Please try removing these with the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Step-by-step instructions are available here: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.
If that does not solve the issue, please reply and let us know a few more details. What is your computer operating system? What is the exact error message you receive? If possible, post a screenshot: How to post a screenshot in the forum.
