Photoshop install?

Im a student and im downloading photoshop and its after getting to 97% or thereabouts and its giving me the message -ERROR(49) After looking up what this means i went about opening a port in the firewall as was recomended by windows,but only in dire need,pressed ok and went to finish the install and it wont install. gives me the same message. Whats the story here?
