photoshop_install busy resource

Hello ! I have a big problem. I can't install photoshop_installer because it marks: resource busy. Can someone help me? Thank you!

Please specify which Operating System you use (Win or Mac), the version of PS / Creative Cloud and what exactly you are trying and it would help to know the steps you are taking until this happens.

If you do not have a subscription, exactly which Photoshop are you trying to install, and what is your operating system?
