Photoshop install fails

Hi! I got a new computer and have a creative cloud account; I signed in, downoaded the Creative Cloud app fine but can't seem to install photoshop. Is there a way to see in your account how many computers you've installed it on in the past? And it's not giving me any specific error message, just "Retry" over and over -- is this the typical behavior if you've installed on two computers already? (If so -- note to your developers, would be good to provide a way to get these details :))

Is your firewall or antivirus blocking it?

Does your computer meet the minimum requirements?

I don't think so, since it downloaded the creative cloud app part just
fine. And definitely meets the minimum requirements, it's a new macbook pro
and I haven't loaded it up with big files yet 🙂

I'll try again today and perhaps uninstall from my previous computer,
though I'm terribly afraid that then I won't have access to it at all!
