I cant see opm.db anywere unless im blind. Is it in any of the files?

Hi Scarletk43849091,

As you have mentioned that installation goes till 99% and nothing happens, I would request you to try to troubleshoot using this link:- Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues . I would recommend the "Installation Issues" section from this link.

Please feel free to update this discussion in case you need assistance with any of the steps mentioned on the above link.

Thanks.

quit your desktop app by clicking the gear icon>quit

Remove the OPM.db file.

Mac OS: Locate the OPM.db file in the \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, see Can't see user library files in Mac OS 10.7 and later.

Windows: Locate the OPM.db file in the \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder. To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files and folders in Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP.

restart your cc desktop app

retry downloading
