Photoshop Installation Error (MSVCP, VCRUNTIME)

When I tried to download photoshop, bridge, and adobe creative cloud app onto my computer, they all experinced system errors and could not finsih the installation. "The code execution cannot be processed becuase VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found", "The code execution cannot be processed because MSVCP140.dll was not found.". I've tried reinstalling all of these programs several times, how do I troubleshoot these problems? Please tell me what I am missing, thank you so much for your help!
