I have the same issue. I'm using an iMac with OS 13.6.1. There are no error messages other than the pic above. Lightroom Classic installed with no issues and Camera Raw updated. My computer meets the specs and Adobe says Photoshop can be installed on my machine. But... I'd really like to be able to use what I've paid for.

1 terabyte free.

There is an error code 403 which is to check for updates and retry. I've updated what I can but no joy in downloading.

Platform and OS information would be useful for those who can help you with this. Also, were there any error messages while trying to install? If you use Microsoft products, were you logged out of all of them?
