Photoshop installation impossible

Hello! I have the new Catalina and so I got Photoshop 21.01 with creative cloud etc... but every time I try to install the programm it stops around 7% and gives the error 151...

Did this happen to someone else too? what should I do?

I've tried many many, I made restart, but nothing seams to work.

Thanks for any suggestion...

    Hello, thanks for your answer. I've tried everything, even all the things the customer service told me to do (no firewall, uninstall cc and doing the cleaning...) but it didn't work. After reinstalling CC I thought I got it finally when photoshop installation went up to 70% but then came out the error 403 (which I couldn't even find in the error list) so I went to uninstall CC but I chose to click on the "repair" button. After that photoshop installation gave me again error 151 so I clicked on "more info" and it was written "unable to delete a certain file". So I went to that file and canceled it...restart CC and finally I could download photoshop!!! Really a weird thing...
