Photoshop last version

I paid monthly for photoshop but I dont know why i dont have the last version. When I try to open it said just free trial. 

Somebody know why and how can i fix this?

    1. Open Creative Cloud desktop app.
    2. Click on your Avatar {top right picture).
    3. Click Sign-Out.
    4. Close CC Desktop App and restart your computer.
    5. Open CC Desktop app and sign-in with your paid CC ID and password.
