Photoshop licensing acceptance loop

I recently installed Photoshop cs5 creative suite on my Windows laptop (runs Vista). When I try to accept the software licensing agreement I get stuck in a loop that just brings up the same window. While I've looked around online and tried a few things, nothing has helped.
