Photoshop Lightroom Bundle

Hello.  I own a Photoshop Lightroom Bundle and it's showing in my Adobe account with a serial # and registration date of Jan 2016.  At some point, I upgraded my computer and never reinstalled the software as I don't use it that often.  I would like to reinstall it but Adobe chat says they will not offer any support for this Bundle and would not even point me to where I can download this software that I clearly own a serial number for.

I know the software were not part of the creative cloud.  I think they were called Classic, but I have no way to look it up now that I don't have the old computer.

Anyhow, does anyone know where I can download the software?

Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

The bundle came with Photoshop & Lightroom.

I am sorry, Smp_Smp, but the only recent offerings for Photoshop and Lightroom have been through a subscription. Please contact whoever you made your purchase through for additional help.

Hello.  Thanks for the responses.  I did not buy directly from Adobe.  I do not have the original info on where I purchased the bundled software nor can I locate the original download link.  It is called Phtoshp Lightrm Bndl in my Adobe account and there is a serial # listed.

Log-in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products

--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you always have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
-if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought and lost a disc Adobe does not provide a replacement via download
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

Go here for all older links https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
Prodesigntools is an official Adobe partner, and the links go to Adobe, not a 3rd party site

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
you should ALWAYS keep a copy (or two!) on an external device
since Adobe DOES SOMETIMES REMOVE OLD VERSIONS FROM THE SERVER
a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
plus a text file containing your serial number if you have a serial number program
