How can i contact adobe by email?

I paid a subscription of 11.99€/month and in my account it says i don't have any plan/subscription but it was paid.

Are you certain you have logged into the main Adobe website with the correct Adobe ID (correct email address and password) that was used to purchase the subscription?

 

Could be you have 2 Adobe IDs similar to one another and you are using the wrong one to check you subscription status.

Yes for all my purchase i use the same email and it was the first thing i checked.

Depending on how long ago you made the purchase I would give it a day, maybe 2, to filter down to your account view.

 

If it has been more than 2 days I would contact Adobe directly through the Chat system.

 

Contact Customer Care

 

And Specifically state you have a Billing problem.
