I downloaded Photoshop from Creative Cloud and when I want to open it, I have a message saying that it cannot be initialized because of a programme error. I am on Mac OS 10.7

Anyone has a solution?

    Hi HUGO M,

Could you please provide us the exact error message. Could you also try deleting the preferences files and check whether you are able to launch it or not.

You can also give a try by creating another Admin User account and try launching there.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Hi Abhijit,

Thanks for answering, the error message says " Not able to initialiez Photoshop because of a programme error "

I tried to create another users account and it doesn't work either.

I don't know how to delete the preferences files.

Do you think it would help if I uninstall it and re- install ? but I don't know if I can do that since I downloaded it from Creative Cloud.
    Thanks for your help
