Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2021 download hangs

Hi,

I just purchased Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2022 - tried to download both apps. The download is VERY slow on fast wifi (>500 Mbps) and fast wired ethernet connection, and hangs at 7-8% then disconnects. I do not have other files using bandwidth and other files download just as expected.

Is there an issue with the server that the files are downloading from?
