Question

photoshop update

I've got 2 updates for photoshop: version 23.5.3 and version 24.0.1

I installed version 24.0.1 and skipped the previous version 23.5.3

Every time I start the creative cloud, it starts to install the older photoshop version 23.5.3. while the newer one has been installed.

What can I do to prevent this? How can I delete this older update?

you have, at least, 2 versions of ps installed: v23 and v24.  ie, they are separate/independent apps

cc will try to update each to the latest version.

if you don't want v23, use the cc apo to uninstall it.  (if you don't know how to do this, let me know).

if you do want both versions, you should allow the cc apo to update each.

This is strange, given that after the update 24.0.1 I received a message that if I installed the update V23.0.5 afterwards, further automatic updates would be blocked. So I suppose V 23.5.3 precedes V24.0.1. The photoshop I use is the online subscription. How to uninstall the update V 23.05.3 using th cc apo, I don't know
