PhotoShop Update auf 13.0.6 auf iMac 18,3 (2017) High Sierra

Guten tag, ich möchte mein PhotoShop CS6 auf die o.g. Version updaten, aber der Application Manager funktioniert hier nicht!

You can try the procedure under Creative Suite 6 to install the photoshop cs6 13.0.6 update:

Most likely other parts of the photoshop cs6 install get updated, not just the Adobe Photoshop CS6.app itself.

So, the only idea i have is to copy the Programm-App from my old Mac, which is 13.0.6 and replace the one on the new Mac.

Would this be possible?

that won't work. you're lucky to have any cs6 working.
