I was long over due for a Photoshop Update and it was starting to crash on me everytime I would use the Pen Tool. I have an HP laptop. I am running windows 10. There is 5.46 GB of 6 GB of RAM available. I cannot get photoshop to upgrade or install for anything. It will start install then get hung up at a low number around 10%. I left it to download overnight, and it stays at 10%. I have updated my computer, pulled files off my harddrive and onto my external harddrive, I have run my virus protection, I have run the system cleanup, defragment, and cleaned cookies and cache. I have uninstalled photoshop and creative cloud app, restarted, reinstalled CC(installs fast), then tried photoshop and NO LUCK. I NEED HELP!

Chaemb, sorry you are encountering so many problems with updating Photoshop CC. Please check the install log to determine the fatal error that is causing the installation to fail.  Information on how to locate and interpret the log files can be found at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.

I was going to post a very similar question - I am installing Photoshop  for the first time (that is included in my CC purchase, not an upgrade) and I left it installing overnight and it is stuck on 70%. I had the same problem with the installation of InDesign and Acrobat DC.
