Photoshop V19

Creative Cloud auto updated my Photoshop App to V21. I use canon imagePROGRAF printers and use their plugin that only works up to V19. How do I get V19 installed, CC only shows 20 and 21?

It's simple issues like this makes everyone wish for better management skills at such a company. Love the products but certain decisions made at @adobe can really mess up production in a 12hour span for it's users. Obviously the user is not their main concern.
