Photoshop v27.7 fails to install on Mac M4

I'm running a Mac mini M4 with 64GB RAM one terabyte hard drive, and v27.7 fails to install, it reaches 88% and then fails.

I have no other versions of Photoshop, including beta version installed

if you have a compatible computer ( https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html ) restart your computer and recheck to see if ps is installed.

if not, retry installing it again using the cc desktop app immediately after the restart.
