Photoshop [Why are monthly payments continuing since I cancelled my plan?]

In December 2019, I activated the Photo 20GB plan (serialNo: REMOVED). By the legal deadline of 14 days, I canceled it. You did not send me the money and I received a further payment of 11.99 € per month in March 2020. I wanted to cancel the program, but you risked a fine of 47 €. Why, when I canceled the program in December 2019 ???

Did you cancel online?

Is it reflected in your online account page?

If not, what is the Adobe Case number from when you cancelled your subscription?

Scroll down to Support and click on View Support History.  If you still need help, click on Contact Adobe and ask for a billing agent.
