PHOTOSHOP WILL NOT UPDATE TO version 20

I updated my computer to latest version, then downloaded the version 20 of photoshop. The header on photoshop says ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CC 2019. I go into the help screen and look at the info it says Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.7 20191017.r.87 2.

nothing on the interior has not been updated and it will not let me re-download a new version. Any help would be appreciated

First, thank you everybody for the help. I finally got mine to work, it did not overwrite my update 19, so all i saw on my desktop was version 19, version 20 icon was in my launchpad (mac). I still do not understnd why it kept both copies but thats fine. my new problem is now Huion needs to update the tablet drivers, but thats not an ADOBE problem.

This didn't work for me...  I'm already on the latest version of Windows, as you can clearly see above.

The problem is with the downloads.  Windows can't unzip them, and WinZip reports a probable pssword, saying it can't decriypt the file.

My updates (all of them) get stuck at about 53%.  I tried the direct download approach, and nearly all of the downloads were corrupted, regardless of browser or download manager.

 

I give up for now, but it's annoying to constantly get those "you have updates" messages when the updates won't work!
