Photoshop Won't Install

I have been trying to install PhotoShop on my Mac and it has just been stuck at "Waiting..." and will not download any further. I have other Adobe apps like Illustrator and Lightroom installed so I am not sure why PS won't download.

Were you able to download Photoshop? What version of Mac operating system are you on?

restart your computer and check if ps is installed.

 

if not, retry installing. 

 

if both fail, what os version?
