Photoshop won't open

I downloaded Creative Cloud and started a subscription yesterday. I am on an iMac running Catalina OS.

Photoshop "open" button is greyed out within CC. I click into it and it shows a green tick that "photoshop works on this device", yet the "open photoshop (13.0)" button is still greyed out and unable to select / open it.

Any ideas please?

Thank you. I hadn't paid proper attention and had just assumed that the (very lengthy) install of CC was actually installing all of the relevant additional software at the same time.

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
