Photoshop wont install error code 183

Hi,

Can someone please help me (in simple terms) install Photoshop from Creative Cloud. I installed Indesign with no issues, however, the following error is occurring:

Exit Code: 183

ERROR: CreateProcess failed! Error: 5

WARN: Unable to run program "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\PhotoshopPrefsManager.exe"

Concerning the ERROR 183 on installation of Ps CC, all you have to do is to 

  •   RE-INSTALL YOUR WINDOWS then run your Ps Cc installation setup again(this works like a magic)

if you are using windows 10, windows10 pro,windows8 or 7, and you dont have your installation disc, purchase one or download it from google and install it, as soon as your windows is successfully installed, go back to your PS cc installation setup and run it...THANK YOU and I hope this works for you...

just install the creative cloud and then try re installing it
