How does one double the number of pixels in a picture taken by a phone camera?

    Please repost your question in the Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or Lightroom forums. That is the appropriate place for asking such questions. You should know in advance, that doubling the number of pixels in a picture you have already taken will not improve the picture you have taken. If you want to change the number of pixels your camera uses when it takes a picture you will need to ask in a forum offered by your camera's manufacturer.
