Plan cancellation
I've purchased a creative cloud around a month ago, because I thought that it includes all Softwares without paying each one individually. Now I want to cancel it, but it doesn't let me as I'm logged in via my university email and it says that any changes have to be approved by the administrator. The option for plan cancellation doesn't even show to me. But when I went to ask our university IT helpers, they didn't know how to cancel it either. Can you help me please?
