Question

Plan Cancellation

Anyone wanna tell me why I canceled my plan last month and now I check my account to see it charged me again? I did this exact same thing last month only to have to pay the absolutely dumb “cancellation fee”. Now I check my bank account only to see that my plan was never cancelled and I was charged AGAIN. I have not signed into or used Photoshop since I had cancelled last month, can you please recognize this somewhere in your servers and reinburst me? I already have to pay a stupid cancellation fee just because I don’t like your product.

The cancellation fee notice is in the small print when you first sign up for an Adobe CC plan. Inconvenient? Sure. But, it's always a good idea to read all about what you're getting yourself into. Unfortunately, we can't really help you with the double charge issue as this is a user forum. Your best bet is to Contact Customer Care. Best of luck

Contact Adobe on Contact Customer Care .

The early cancellation fee is because you took an annual subscription that can be canceled for the anniversary day without any fee. The more expensive month to month subscription can be canceled anytime.
