PLAN COBRADO - No se actualiza en mi perfil

Buenas tardes, quiero informar que tengo registrado un pago en el día de hoy por la subscripción del servicio anual de Adobe CC (ARS$445) Mensuales y aún así el plan no se actualiza en mi perfil -

El cobro figura autorizado en mi tarjeta de crédito.

Como puedo reclamar o solucionar este inconveniente?

Sometimes it takes 24 hours for new orders to clear the system.  You should have waited.  Now you have  a duplicate subscription that needs to be canceled.   Contact Adobe Support on Monday.

Intenté comprarlo nuevamente ya que no veía la orden solicitada en mi perfil, ahora el plan se encuentra finalmente activado, sin embargo veo cargos duplicados en mi tarjeta de crédito, como puedo verificar esto y evitar cargos duplicados TODOS LOS MESES ?

I tryed buying it again since i didnt saw the order placed on my profile on the first place, now its activated, but now i see duplicated charges on my credit card, how can i avoid being charged twice a month for the same plan EVERY SINGLE MONTH??
