Plan doesn’t work but keeps taking the money

I purchased the yearly plan which did not work with my computer. I believe I had cancelled. But I'm now having the money coming from my bank rvern though I have never used it and being charged over £100 to leave my plan. But it has never worked and I don't use it

If you cancelled, you have an email confirmation of it.  Check your spam folder.

Hi @Jayne2395712544pz,

Adobe does not monitor the usage of an application. So even if you use it or not does not matter to the billing process. You say that you did cancel the subscription, did you get an email confirmation for the same. If so then please contact support and show them the email, they will get you refunded with the wrong charges. In case the cancellation did not go through, still get in touch with the support staff to identify the best deal for you, given that you don't want to use the program anymore.
