Plan renewed/plan expiring simultaneously
As a DET employeee in NSW, Australia, I can purchase Adobe CC : Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA (Multilanguage) - Redemption Code; via the Teachers online store. It's a 12 month plan. I renewed this plan just now and redeemed the code. However, my Adobe account (which I used) shows no sign of this redemption. If I try to add it, it says the code has already been redeemed. Catch 22. Yes, I did redeem it. Just now. But your system cannot work this out. Can't speak with Adobe so what now? Thanks.
