Plans and pricing for Lr and Ps or Ps?

Hello. Looking for some advice please.

Can't get through to anyone in sales and I keep getting cut off.

I'm looking at subscrition to the Photoshop Plans and would like more information.

What is the difference between the:

£9.98/mo Photography plan with Ps and Lr ... and the

£19.97mo Photoshop plan with just Ps

Has the Photography plan a cut back version of Photoshop?

I really need the animation time line and export to movie feature.
