Please can Someone help me to get in touch with someone on the corporate side of things

I never intended to discuss this matter in public but i am retired emergency manager and for 18 months the government issuer of root certificates has been in violation of the implemented EU digital signature and identification laws  that clearly stated that authorities in member country's  must provide its private citizens  with a way to securely identify them selfs on line specifically in countrys that already made identity check a legal requirement like in my case  and the root certificate issuer uses the same argument that years ago was stated as a manipulative reasoning by the European courts of law. so due to my government illegitimate decision to change the laws in the favor of private companies that are not even certified trust service providers and by denying  to issue me with the digital identification  i have not been able to use the services im paying for and all though 5 years ago the European union court ordered my government to buy back the digital identity services that were sold to the right people earlier -ignoring the clear essential part of this law so that the private sector wouldn't be able to manipulate and cause distrust   so i am single person that has filled all the complaints with no response even and when fighting a whole government accusing them of hindering competition of other digital sign providers   i have written documents and communication evidence of all of these claims and just the low number of users should be enough to ring some bells on the fact adobe's retail partner is also the owner of the non licensed trust services charging for the services that the national law says should be free and  you tell me that the fact that the director of the non licensed service provider also designed the id methodology for the government services denying to issue the root certificate for private citizens claiming that the law says that only legal person should be issued the roots certificate and after 10 years of European union legal implementation  the government knows that in Europe legislations definition of a legal person means everyone that is a legal citizen   while the Icelandic definition of legal person is primarily used for taxing purposes where a legal person is not an individual but a person who is running his own company or self employed and to make sure that the usage of complaints  don't stoe tp the illegal charges the government agency is still registered qs a private company  so they can legally get a way with not even reply to general questions so after 16 years of paid services i feel like a simple inquiry from the Adobe legal development regarding the issue is not to much to ask
