Ned, thanks for this link but I've used it about a dozen times and get circled back without confirmation of cancellation. I am on the phone now cancelling.

PLEASE let someone know that the cancellation procedure is ludicrous - there is an endless loop of links and I never once received a message of cancellation, just this attached window over and over again.

I am pretty sure they are fully aware of the ludicrous cancellation procedure as it has been this way ever since they started the Cloud.  Whether or not they planned it this way or plan to fix it is anyone's guess.
