Please cancel my membership!
Hello,
I've started an Adobe CC subscription under the email xxx
However, it's been renewed last month, and is about to be renewed tomorrow again!!
I haven't been able to use the subscription properly even once, so I am just throwing money in the trash at this point. I am unable to get into the account where the subscription is ongoing, so this is why I am contacting you through this method.
It would adorn you if you would refund last month's subcription fee as well, but at least cancel the subcription ASAP so I don't get charged for YET ANOTHER month.
