Please cancel my subscription!

Hi,

i can´t cancel my InDesign subscription throu my account by following the steps as seen in the cancellation instructions. As soon as i press the button "Cancel plan" in step 3 i don´t get to step 4 there only pops up a screen with the order to contact the support for canceling my subscripiton or read the cancellation instructions. I´m kind of suck in a loop a this point!

Please help me!

Hi,

Almost got the same problem (different product) cancelling Adobe Premiere..

under your cancellation instruction: under manage plan> No Cancellation Option is shown to me ?!?!?!

may you help me cancel subscription.
