"Please connect to the Internet and retry." I currently AM on the Internet on the same computer (WIN 8, 64 bit), on Mozella Firefox, and the time is correct. Help?

"I downloaded / installed Adobe DC. Am trying to initialize the setup and get this statement: Either your computer is offline or the clock on your computer is set incorrectly, causing a connection error." I currently AM on the Internet on the same computer, and the clock is accurate (although I did try a different time zone, yet got the same message). What do I do now?
