Please give me a refund. please

Question

I found out that illustrations and photoshop were paid.The payment was made without my knowledge.But I found out 14 days after I paid.

Can I get a refund? Did I know too late?

I'm a student... It was the full amount of my bank account.

Please give me a refund.
