Dear Adobe. I would like to get my money back for the last month of prepaid subscription. Reason? The newest version of Adobe Premiere crashes a lot, crashes every second time I run it, Creative Cloud needs to be repared every time I run the PC!!!! It is really annoying as I have to pay so much money for something what does not work properly!!! This month is the worst one in your history I guess. Please do not get back to me with questions like "what PC specs do you have" etc. I am very long in this industry so do not try that. Please understand, that we work for big clients and we rely on your software but your newest update is pure *****. Me and my friends will probably revert to other video editing software as your is not usable last weeks. I am not willing to work with it in these conditions. Thank you, Martin.

My mistake Neil, I am sorry.

However I still do not think Subscription cancellation is the correct space.

I will try the second link provided by him.

I currently have 3 or 4 versions of PS, DW, BR and AI because some versions are better suited for certain tasks than others.  I always keep the last version for at least a couple of weeks while I test drive the latest to ensure it meets my requirements.  With that in mind, I don't think Adobe is going to give back money because you do have multiple versions available to you.   Use whichever one works best on your system.

If you didn't keep your previous version, you can get it back from your CC Desktop App.  Just make sure to select Show Older Apps in your preferences.  See screenshot.

From the drop-down button, click on Manage > Other Versions

I'm using the old version of the creative cloud for Ai and PS, I mostly designed graphics for the codes and it's working fine. new versions can be unsupported for the old systems.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

This FAQ has information on how to cancel a subscription:

If that doesn't work for you, Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

Just a note to make sure you are aware that

* You can install old versions of Creative Cloud apps

* You can run multiple versions of Creative Cloud apps so you can test new versions meet your needs before upgrading.

If you cancel your subscription can you still use Premiere?  I'm not trying to ask a silly question, but I didn't know if the subscription was only for "updates" of newer more buggy versions or without a subscription it kicks you out of all Adobe programs completely.  2019 with the latest update is still very flawed.

Without the subscription you cannot use any CC app. To answer that question.

For the vast majority of uses this has been a relatively good release. For some, a total pain. I'm working fine, but ... a few cycles back, I had to wait for around four months using the previous version until the fix gmfor my ails was released.

But I was still working away of course.

As you can if you say install 2018 or 2017.

I do not want to cancel it. I want my money back, money spent on unreliable software which being sold as one of the best Adobe product, is it clear for you?

You're not applying in the correct space ... John was giving those links. This forum is primarily user to user, with oversight by product customer service staffers.

No one here has the connection or authority you want. Hence, the links John provided.
