I have downloaded the installation app for Photoshop and Lightroom which I have paid for as well. I double click on the download which has now become a icon on my desktop "photoshop installer". When I click on that it says I must double click on the icon and follow the instructions but when I double click on the app nothing happens.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
