Please help! I would like to cancel my 1 year photography plan because I purchased the wrong one.

I didn't read clearly when I purchased the photography plan. I would like to buy adobe premier pro video editor but I accidentally purchased this photography plan and I would like to ask for a refund or cancel this plan. I've received an email from the customer support, it says they were disconnected somehow, they wanted me to contact them back. I tried contact back but it didn't work. Please answer my discussion, I don't want to pay for the software I don't need every month, Thank you.
