Please help me. Cant install

Can someone please help me with my problem. I'm currently using a blackberry playbook and for some reason it won't let me update my Adobe Flash player. Everytime I click the button that says update it gives me a message saying I currently already have the required software. I've clicked everything possible to try and fix the problem. I'm starting to think that maybe my playbook can't hold the software but I don't no. This is really frustrating me. Can someone give me another idea on what can be done? Please and thank you!!
