Please help with a refund from old member of staff that should have been cancelled
Hello there,
I have tried the online chat but nobody has replied? We are a charity and have paid for a Creative Cloud single-app membership. The member of staff left one year ago and we did not renew the subscription. Neither can we use the application because we don't have the login details, and the email address no longer exists!
Could we please have a refund (you can refund the card you took the money from.) The order number is ADB002403701UK.
