Poor Business Practice
I would like to comment on the way you tried to trap me as a customer and charged me £29 to leave your service.
The carrot on a stick method of: "SWITCH TO THIS PLAN and the £29.64 cancellation fee is waived" has no information on what happens after the 60 days at the point of offer and no information was easy to find as to what this meant.
Charging for a Digital Service which isn't going to be delivered for 50% of the remainder of the cost of a contract is also ridiculous. The automated deletion of my account cannot cost you anything apart from my future business.
Although I am still a customer provided through work and the only reason I cancelled my personal account I will make a point of not returning to the CC style payment method in future for any of your products if I have to on a personal basis.
