Pop up window disappears and reappears - can't login

I've just purchased Premiere pro again. 

 

Everytime I open the app or creative cloud (or any other adobe app) I get the sign in window but it's completely blank, it'll then dissapear then reaapear continuously until I force quite. Any help would be appreacited, I have a deadline today lol and I'm starting to lose it.

Lilyg, how long ago did you previously purchase a membership to Premiere Pro CC?  You can find steps to correct common causes of the Creative Cloud desktop app sign in window opening up blank at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/fix-blank-white-screen-sign-in.html.

 

If you are attempting to use Premiere Pro CC on a computer that is managed by an organization the you will need their assistance to complete the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/troubleshoot-licensing-activation.html#Connectivityissues.
