Porque me sigue apareciendo Prueba de 7 dias si compre la licencia

Buenos dias, compre el paquete fotografico donde incluye Ps, Lg y Lg classic. 

El problema es que cuando quiero usarlo me aparece la prueba de 7 dias, cuando yo ya lo compre. Y tambien aparece un cartel de comprar version y ya lo compre. No entiendo porque sucede eso. 

Tampoco me dio un numero de licencia y no me avisaron si mi pago se proceso o no. 

¿Quisiera saber, si mi compra esta procesada y porque me siguen apareciendo eso carteles?

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
