Do you still have access to your portfolio if you need to cancel Creative Cloud subscription?

No.  You must have a PAID Creative Cloud plan to keep your Portfolio site online.  When you cancel your subscription, your Portfolio goes offline. 

 

Free Memberships do not include Portfolio
