Portfolio theme image grids- please please give us more control

Question

ADOBE PORTFOLIO - why are the image gallery grids so inconsistent and arbitrary?!?! Please please give us control over how they look!! I upload a bunch of images and some go full width and some are tiny. Please see this screenshot attached. Can we have better control over these grids? I'm using the Lukas theme
