Possible Hacking?

I logged on to my computer this morning and the notifications for Creative Cloud popped up. I opened the CC app and this is what I saw:

My user name is not "$payload.param1" so I went in and changed my password to avoid any hacking issues.

Does anyone know why this would happen? Thanks.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

I suspect it's a script error.   $payload.parm1 looks like a code variable that would normally pull content from a database.     Sort of like Hi, [insert name from database here].

Hi Jordan,

Nancy is exactly right, I think it was some mistake in our code that was accidentally released publicly. I saw another report earlier today too. I've passed on feedback to the appropriate engineering team so they are aware.

Thanks,
