Possuo um Imac 2017 com omacOS Ventura 13.7.8. Segundo o fórum, a melhor versão do Photoshop é a 23.x. Aonde posso baixar esta versão?

I have a 2017 iMac running macOS Ventura 13.7.8. According to the forum, the best version of Photoshop is 23.x. Where can I download this version?

    Obrigado todos. Não obtive ajuda na Adobe, mas fui tentando e o 26.0 e funcionou. Era o que estava instalado antes. Desabilitei a atualização automática e segue a vida!! Obrigado!!

    Again I was able to successfully update Photoshop from 27.9.1 to 27.10 on macOS Ventura 13.7.8 by using Other versions in the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

    If you previously installed older versions on your computer, Creative Cloud desktop app will detect it. But new users won’t see that. 

     

    Individual users have access to the current release & one previous version only. 

    Adobe expects customers to have modern equipment & a supported OS no more than 2 versions behind. When Apple releases Golden Gate next month, Ventura will be 5 releases behind. 

     

    Teams & Enterprise users may request older product versions from their IT dept, providing their organization’s internal policies support the use of unsupported apps.

     

    Contacting Adobe support for older product versions is futile since they don’t have links to older downloads.

     

    Best advice for people who don’t need a new OS every year: switch to a decent Win11 PC with a big hard drive and plenty of RAM.

    I was able to successfully update Photoshop from 27.8 to 27.9.1 on macOS Ventura 13.7.8 by using Other versions in the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Don’t use the 27.9.1 update when you have the update listed with the other updates or it won’t work.

      I was able to get Photoshop 2026 (ps ver 27.8) working on a 2017 iMac running macOS Ventura 13.7.8 by doing the following:

       

      1. If you’ve installed Photoshop 27.8 using the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, then uninstall it.
      2. Install the Photoshop 2026 base version which is 27.0
      3. Install 27.4
      4. Then install 27.5, 27.6, 27.7, and finally 27.8

      Hopefully after that Photoshop 2026 (ps ver 27.8) will work.

       

      Also of note is that even though the Adobe Creative Desktop Application says that Camera Raw 18.4.1 was installed, in reality Camera Raw 17.5.1 is installed and only the camera profiles, lens distortion data and presets for Camera Raw 18.4.1 are what was updated.

        ​@fredj44836555  As ​@Jeff Arola wrote older versions aren’t available via Creative Cloud Client.

         

        You can try to contact the Adobe support via chat (Contact Adobe support) and type “Agent” into the chat text field. Ask politely for a appropriate download link and explain why you need the old versions. But it isn’t sure that you get the link for an older and unsupported version of a Adobe application.

        If you get the links save the downloaded files for further use.

        Photoshop 2025 (ps ver 26.11.6) is still available from Adobe thru the Adobe Creative Desktop Application and should work on macOS Ventura 13.7.8

         

        Unfortunately, Photoshop 23.x or any older versions before Photoshop 2025 are no longer available from Adobe.

        Adobe’s policy going back a few years is to provide the present version of an Adobe application like Photoshop and then one major version back which at the time of this posting is Photoshop 2025.
